I was a 8 year customer until Jan 2025. I received a collections noticed without any warning from Bryan's pest control. I have never not paid my bill, sometimes I would pay it by my next appointment and yes, this time it was our 3 month mark, no excuse on my end ,but to just send me to collections without any warning as a 8 years as a customer when I have ALWAYS PAID my bill. I will not recommend them to anyone because they were so quick to leave me in the dirt like this!

You guys need to give Jesse a raise! We've been using you guys since we moved here in 2020 and have always been happy but today Jesse went above and beyond. We had a issue with some sugar ants and he came to service the house but ended up sweeping up some glass that was on the floor for me because I just had my hip replaced and I didn't even know there was glass on the floor. He didn't have to do that and I'm just absolutely touched at the empathy and kindness he showed.

I called Bryan's Pest Control to see if they could help us. My parents returned to Florida to find their yard had been invaded by ants. Days later, my dad was admitted into the hospital, then placed into hospice care where we took care of him at home around the clock. On top of all that we were already doing, I needed to get the yard tended to; the dogs were being bit and it was adding stress where my mom didn't need it. I called and spoke with Yolene and explained what we were facing with the ants, daily hospice visits, and my dad. Yolene was understanding and worked to get someone out early the next morning. When they didn't come, I called to ask if they were still coming. Dad had passed early that morning and I thought maybe the technician saw the funeral home vehicle and turned around. No one answered, so I left a message and continued with what needed to be done. I missed two calls from them, one from Yolene and one from Caroline. Both left messages and Caroline gave condolences in hers. When I called back, I spoke with Caroline. I mispronounced Yolene's name and Caroline's reaction to my mistake was demeaning and unprofessional. My mom chose to cancel the appointment. She said she would be reminded of how we were treated with every invoice and service call. We called another company this afternoon and they've already been out. They sprayed the house exterior, fence perimeter, several ant beds, and the entire yard for ants and mosquitoes. After my experience, I won't be calling Bryan's again. It made an already hard day even worse.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Customer service was top-notch and they were so easy to use. Additionally, my daughter ended up being locked out of our house and the pest control technician who happened to be there that day, stayed with her, even after his work was done until my boyfriend was able to come open the door for her. I couldn’t have been more appreciative.

The staff at Bryan are always wonderful, helpful and kind, as well as knowledgeable. Whether the front desk or the guys coming out to spray, it has been a great experience. No more bugs, or if they start showing up it just takes a quick call to get someone out in a timely manner.

Coleman came out and sprayed for bugs/pest, very polite and professional. He did a great job! It was easy and efficient, will be using them again.

Truly amazing people. Of all the times I've called or had an appointment, it has always been pleasant. One year, after the annual termite inspection, the representative shot hoops with my son, and he remembered doing that the next year. Today the rep remembered treating the foundation on my house almost 20 years ago - it must be a great place to work as well. All around, quite impressed with Bryan Pest Control!

Bryan Pest control is the most honest and capable pest control team I’ve ever worked with! They do what they say they will do and their staff is responsive and very professional.

I used them for lawn care. I contacted them to take care of fertilizer, bug control and weeds (namely cockaburs spelling). I cancelled them because the weeds are terrible out front, along our road the weeds are so bad every time you walk on the side there are thorns stuck all over and I have killed three mole crickets today. The hundreds of dollars per month I paid should have taken care of all issues (oh and the lawn looks the same as before I hired regarding fertilizer). So I have wasted all this money and will now go and buy stuff locally and try to take care of it. When I lived in Navarre I had Father and Son and they were so much better and cost less… I do live on Mount Olive road in Crestview versus Navarre or I would have gone with F&S again

Very pleased with Bryan and their staff, services and pricing. Easy to work with, their techs are trained and knowledgeable, very customer focused and take time to explain things so you can understand. Always punctual too, definitely recommended

Bought a home that had Bryant Pest control termite bait stations installed so I kept using them for a few years. The last time they came to replace the bait (Oct. ‘21), the tech absolutely destroyed my fence gate. He was obviously too stupid to work a double latch, and not smart enough to ask for help. I have no idea how he ripped my gate off the hinges, maybe trying to jump it. That wouldn’t have been so bad had he just informed me. I work from home, and spoke to the tech before he started, so it’s completely bonkers that he would bail without telling me. I didn’t find out myself until my dogs didn’t come back inside. Spent over an hour trying to find them. Be thankful that nothing happened to my dogs, you unprofessional hacks. Save yourself the hassle and a few hundred bucks by doing your own bait stations. Once you have the stations, it’s about $100 a year for 24 baits. Wish I had done this sooner.

Excellent customer service local company good price.

I asked for a quote on pest control service. I asked for someone to come out. I was given the quote over the phone. I didn't like that and I've decided not to go with Bryan for that reason. If they want my business at least come and look the place over.

Do not have them do a wdo on your house they could care less and do a sloppy visual inspection. There was clearly wood rot listed on the 5point that they missed. They also refused to give me there insurance! They also tried to act like that wood rotted in the couple months since I bought the house. Trash company.....
