I put in new sod over two years ago and have had Father and Son taking care of it the entirety of that time. The yard was lush and green for over a year. Then a new weed popped up and everywhere they sprayed it killed my grass. After already replacing the sod once and then killing it again they then claimed that we were not watering enough even though there were no issues for over a year with the sod, and they had admitted to killing the grass the first time around. Brandon Shore was awesome. He provides a unique solution to keep raccoons out of the attic by adding sheet metal barriers where the soffit meets an adjoining roof slope. It looks like a little box that matches the house color and is barely noticeable. He also uses a humane way to rid the raccoon from the house by installing a “trap door” where the little bandit falls out of and onto the ground. Brandon and Austin went above and beyond replacing my pool screens that were damaged from snowmageddon 2025. Excellent job from beginning to end. I definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a company that is reasonably priced and awesome to deal with.
