I've been using Personalized Pest Control for the past 6 years with 2 different houses. Love their open line of communication, services offered and job that they do to keep the pest away. Their technicians are also wonderful, love that Shirley services my house she is always pleasant, upbeat and extremely conscientious about the work she does.

Josh was hired to be our termite inspector when we recently bought our house. Little did we know this company also had the contract to keep the property rid of termites, rats, and pest.i He certified that we had no live termites so we bought the house. Found out the attic is full of them. This is costing thousands of dollars like over $15,000 These people are liars and crooks and should be put out of business. Don’t use them

This company has always been there for me they got rid of my German cockroaches when that was literally a huge nightmare and have been through me with other infestations and now another adventure ahead with termites. . This was not their fault that the infestations happened. This has been over years they have been my Pest Control for at least 15 years and I’ve been very happy. Some of the pricing vary depending on the treatments but they still seemed relatively fair and did not seem what would feel to me out of the ordinary. They always reply and have good customer service.

I observed Steven from Personalized Pest Control service the exterior then interior of our home along with checking and re-baiting the rodent bait stations. He was very thorough and did an excellent job for us:) Thank you!
