I had an appointment of between 8 & 12 today. NO SHOW 🤬 I called at 11:30 and was told I was on the schedule. We hired Arrow in Sept 2020 to do fertilization and weed control. Prior to them beginning service, our yard was a beautiful lush green. My husband has worked endless hours in our yard to make it beautiful! When Arrow began, our yard took a turn for the worse. We have dead grass and bare patchy areas now and some dead landscaping. It looks awful and very embarrassing. We have reached out to them several times and they just hide behind their corporate veil. They say they didn't do this to our yard
