Since I've switched to Next Level pest management (3) months ago my lanai has not had one spider or web in it! My previous pest company I usually had to spend an hour every couple of weeks clearing out webs, spider eggs and killing about 25 spiders! Now I don't have to do any of that any more! House is insect free also!

Such a great company to work with. The Owner, Mark, took care of my home with so much grace and care. He is amazing and very respectful and considerate. I definitely would trust him to take care of my home again!

I have used NXTLVL services in the past. Courteous, professional, and reasonably priced. For related services that they do not provide, they have provided suggestions on products, methods, and educate their clients to handle issues they don't service. NXTLVL is a relationship based company. Treat them right and they will certainly remember you.

I recently started using Mark for pest services at my rentals and personal property. I had a really bad fly infestation outside in the surrounding bushes, and Mark was able to handle the situation for me. He's always been courteous and responsive.

Never got a call back. Edit. Definately not attacking anyone. Just sharing my experience. I called 3 or 4 pest places trying to get an estimate. Got no response by all but 1. If you notice I have numerous reviews, and take pride in leaving honest opinions of my experience. Unfortunately sometimes it's not the best.

Excellent service and excellent people, showed up on time and performed a full inside and outside Spray and we instantly noticed a decrease in activity, thank you Mark!

Service was good when he would show up. Signed up for quarterly services, never showed up on the dates that would of been part of the quarterly arrangement. We always had to reach out to him to come out, and every time we reached out he would always respond with " oh you were on my list or I was about to reach out to you" and still didnt show up. We had to reach out to him again this week, (long passed our quarterly due date) and he told us he would come by today 12-22-23 and no showed again. Mind you this has happened numerous times in the past and we have been patient and willing to keep giving him chances since he is thorough and good at what he does. It's unfortunate.

Mark is the consummate professional. He's pleasant, knowledgeable, thorough, and reliable. We left our former service to hire Mark, and many of our neighbors have followed suit. We all love him.

Best company! I had gotten screwed with a different company while having a serious problem with drain flies. I reached out to mark to see if he could come the same day and help fix our problem being that we have a 4 month old in the house. He came within a half hour, was professional, personable, knowledgeable, and solved my problem!! Our house is was so much better just later that afternoon. We will definitely always be clients we are so appreciative!

Had to call Mark for rats invading my chicken coop. He did a great job, was very personable, on time, and got the job done. Needless to say, he ATE it up!
