Northwest Exterminating - Naples

I just moved into a new home & was recommended Northwest Exterminating by a friend for pest control. Travis Goldie was our technician & he was wonderful! He explained everything he was going to do on the first visit & then what services would look like after that. He had great advice on how to keep spiders away from our pool cage & took care of the ant problem in our yard. Overall it was a very pleasant experience & appreciate Travis’s kindness and knowledge!

We have regular pest control management done every 2 months and seldom see any insects. Considering that we live in southwest Florida I'd say that's a plus. Jon Virgin is a great technician, thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. He's always willing to answer questions and go the extra mile. A pleasure to see him every 60 days. We recommend him and the company highly.

They never answered my call. Not what you'd expect from a service company.

Terrible company, they are very unprofessional. They were supposed to come to my house on a certain date, and I waited for the two hours they requested, but they never arrived. When I called them, they told me that my appointment was on a completely different day and time than the one we had agreed upon. I had to cancel another appointment because of the wait for them.

Eddie Velazquez did a great job. He explained what was happening and even showed us pictures of the ants that are in our home. He sprayed inside and put granules outside. He gave us suggestions for the futures too.

Professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. They are very reliable.
