If I could give zero stars, I would! These clowns failed to recognize and let us know we had a fatal lawn disease that cost us THOUSANDS to replace. We tried calling for explanations and accountability. Nothing! We are reasonable people…just couldn’t understand what we were already paying good money for in the first place? Go elsewhere!

We’re sorry to read your review and regret that you feel this way. However, we want to clarify a few facts. Your last service was on November 8, 2024. After noticing unusual lawn symptoms, we paid to have a lab analyze a sample, and on January 14, 2025, we informed you that the issue was identified as sugarcane mosaic virus—an uncommon and aggressive disease. On January 24, 2025, we received your request to cancel services due to the home being sold.<br><br>We did our best to communicate, act promptly, and take additional steps at no cost to you. It’s unclear why these concerns are being raised now, more than six months after services ended, but we stand by the efforts and professionalism of our team.<br><br>If you would like to discuss this further, we remain open to respectful conversation.

Native Sun has been performing services at our home for years. Nothing but good things to say about their office staff and those in the field. Their field techs show care in the services they provide, I never see them speed through lawn spraying. They take their time and take pride in their work. Office staff is always helpful any time I have questions about a bill or want to add/delete specific services.
