I was using Terminix but I asked if they would schedule my appointments when I was off work because I have a dog with access to both inside and out. But they made it for a different day every time. Manny has made every appointment on the day and time I asked and there is no drop off in service from the other company.

Edited to update review from 2 years ago, and recognize continuing exceptional good service! 2021 review: I've been very happy with services provided by Namani of "My Pest Defense". He is always very thorough in seeking out and eradicating pests of all sorts from our home and yard. He is quick to respond to any questions or concerns, and is very prompt in giving prompt attention to any situation that may arise. Pricing is competitive, and actually is a little cheaper than the company that previously serviced my home. I'm happy to recommend Namani Ortega and My Pest Defense! Update, new review on 10/11/2023: We are in a new home now, but still using My Pest Defense for all our bug and pest needs. Namani continues to do a great job in keeping our home free of tiny crawling & flying critters. When I notice a bug problem developing, I simply call or text him, and he has always responded quickly and taken care of the issue ASAP. Pricing is competitive with other companies, and service and care are both better than I've experienced with another business. I remain very happy to recommend Namani and My Pest Defense!

My experience from the 1st visit was exceptional. He is responsive, polite, and an excellent business person. He cares about his reputation and, more importantly his customers. There are 5 of us just on our block that would use no other. Highly recommended!!

Manny is terrible and only does the bare minimum. It's evident that he only cared about his payments and not servicing my home. Lastly, he never truly did a good job on my home. Meaning, he never removed spider webs, wasp nest or used a brush on the outside of my home. The other 5 star reviews must be from his relatives and he's not worth the $65 a qtr. He charges. A matter of fact you pay for what you get and that's poor service with an nasty attitude. He didn't return calls or text and acts like he owns your home. I should of fired him months ago but he's history. DO NOT USE HIM!!!! EXTREMELY UNHAPPY EX CUSTOMER BUT HE'S FIRED!!

They are listed in our company's webpage as a preferred business and that is for a reason. Professionalism is excellent and his punctuality amazes me every time. I do see less bugs inside the house since we started using his service quarterly/year. I recommend them anytime. Karin

Extremely helpful and professional. Always goes the extra mile. Have recommended them to my neighbors who did hire them as well. Always willing to address any issues you may have at your request - very reasonable rates, also. I highly recommend this company.
