Called to make an appointment for a quote for services. Made the appointment for the next day which was perfect because I was off and available. Got a call that day that they couldn’t make it and asked if I was available for Friday. So I made the appointment and had to take a day off to accommodate THIER schedule. They never even showed. I called 45 minutes after they were supposed to arrive. The person called the technician and said “ if the appointment is at 1030 it could take them until 1130

Horrible service but stellar SALES job. Fire ants all over the driveway on mine and other homes who had Massey in this neighbourhood. They never come to check on a regular basis, not even "quarterly. I only saw them once between November and March and when they did come, it was a quick run-around the house with the sprayer. No advance warning or post visit service report as competitors do. I live in Advenir at Aventine and thy are contracted with Massey. Almost 8 weeks now I’ve been living a nightmare with German roaches!!!! They have come and treated my apartment 6 times now - every Friday minus Thanksgiving week and today (not sure of the reason for not coming today) there have been 3 diff technicians all saying diff stuff.
