Just want to give a shout out to my pest control professional her name is Yaresmi, she was so knowledgeable and attentive to my home, worked very hard, getting to all the places these bugs can hide, learned a lot from her, I hope she is well appreciated there because I do appreciate someone like her, that's why I use Harp's!!

Garrett helped push my car from the middle of the road when my car had broken down. Out of all the cars that passed by me, he was the only one that stopped to pull over. He set an amazing example for how kind people should be. Thank you Garrett

Great local company for pest control in the Collier County area. We have been using Harps for about 4 years with consistently great service on a quarterly basis. Our tech, Garret, is courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. He listens to any problems/concerns and creates a treatment plan that provides the best solution. And Obi and the office staff are efficient when making appointments or answering questions.

I was pleased when Garrett arrived to do our quarterly service today. I continue to find him to be very personable and knowledgeable. He gives extensively of his time to address questions and provide effective solutions. His well deserving of a five star rating.

Just an update. Have been very happy with our service. Our tech now Isaia has always been on time and super professional. I will add that Harps Office staff is friendly and great by calling to set up a time and date. Not like some past companies that wanted to set up an appointment months in advance and one that just would call and tell us when they were coming. We recommend Harps to anyone, you won't be sorry. Having purchased a new house, thanks Ian, we were looking for a new pest control company. Our old one had grown to big and having to call Arizona for service was always a challenge. Having grown up in Lee County I was not familiar with Harps. Looking at there info I saw they had been in business for decades so gave them a try. Our service has been great. Our tech, Garrett, is always on time, professional and friendly. But they really stood out last week. On Sunday we saw several carpenter ants inside the house. It got worse as the day went on to the point that we had killed several dozen. On Monday morning I called Harps at 8:00AM. They immediately responded. The had another tech, Isaia, at our house at 9:40AM. Isaia was also very professional and friendly. He surveyed the situation and went to work both inside and out. Where I used to see ants outside, no more! Besides a few stragglers over the next 24 hours, no more inside. There is a reason this company has been here for all these years. They do it right!

I have been using them for year and Harp's always does a great job! Appointments are easy to get and they arrive on time. Isaia was very thorough and took time to explain his process and deterrence techniques. Highly recommend.
