I know I signed a waiver to release them from roof damage but this is unacceptable. Update: August 24th 2025, about 2 weeks after tenting, noticed termites still inside the home. Orkin comes out next day to inspect. Orkin says the contractor who did the tenting has final say. Sep 20, 2025. Contractor who did the tenting did a self investigation and determined there are no active termites. Will not tent the house again. October 03, 2025. Found more droppings in the cabinets. These guys are professional SCAMMERS! If you’re thinking of doing termite control with Orkin SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND HASSLE!! These guys are professional scammers. Go to another local provider first. They will purposely treat the wrong termites knowing that in a couple weeks time you’re going to have to call in for a different type of termite that they intentionally misdiagnose in order to charge you double. I initially called 2 weeks ago to get a quote, I was told I’d get a call back. A week later no call back, so I called again and was able to get an inspector Arielle to come out. Arielle was amazing and communicative, she informed me someone would be reaching out to coordinate a time for the day I needed them to come.
