I know I signed a waiver to release them from roof damage but this is unacceptable. Update: August 24th 2025, about 2 weeks after tenting, noticed termites still inside the home. Orkin comes out next day to inspect. Orkin says the contractor who did the tenting has final say. Sep 20, 2025. Contractor who did the tenting did a self investigation and determined there are no active termites. Will not tent the house again. October 03, 2025. Found more droppings in the cabinets.
