I have been a client for many years but this will be the last. I pay yearly after a termite treatment many years ago. The contract includes a yearly inspection for termites. Oscar Guerrero came to do the inspection ,and after 10 minutes, he told my husband that if we did not pay the renewal at that point, he would not complete the inspection. He did not check the attic and since we did not pay the renewal at that moment, he left without finishing. Shame. Looks like a threat to me.

Amazing service and customer service!

I was having a roach issue due to construction going on in my neighborhood that was driving me CRAZY! So I called and spoke to Shaela Garduno who was super helpful and made it super easy to set everything up. Someone came out and now rarely do I get a roach anymore. You’ll have the occasional that gets in the garage from the outside but the issue I was having before is gone.

This guys have an excellent costumer service. The agents are very attentive. The people who sprays in the house should be more inquisitive into covering all the areas but still currently do a good job.
