I have been a client for many years but this will be the last. I pay yearly after a termite treatment many years ago. The contract includes a yearly inspection for termites. Oscar Guerrero came to do the inspection ,and after 10 minutes, he told my husband that if we did not pay the renewal at that point, he would not complete the inspection. He did not check the attic and since we did not pay the renewal at that moment, he left without finishing. Shame. Looks like a threat to me.
