I spoke with a representative yesterday (Jon), who kindly provided me with his extension number in case I had any follow-up questions. He mentioned I could dial it at any time. However, when I called back today, the process was extremely frustrating. The first time I called, after entering my local zip code, I was connected to a receptionist. When I asked for Jon, she didn’t seem to know who that was and told me I likely had the wrong number, then abruptly hung up on me. I tried again, this time entering Jon’s extension immediately after the zip code, but was connected to a completely different Jon/John in New Jersey working for a different pest control company. That representative explained that the number I dialed was part of a national system that routes calls to local businesses, which explained the confusion. The bottom line: it should not be this difficult to reach the local business and representative you’ve spoken with. A dedicated local phone number would make the customer experience much smoother. Because of this frustrating phone system, we ultimately chose to go with another local pest control company.

Sarah is my hair stylist and she is exceptional. She's friendly, easy to talk to and pays close attention to what I say about how I want my hair cut. I've always been happy when I leave. She goes the extra mile! I love her little "cove" in the back. It's private and quiet.
