I would never recommend this company. They completely killed my grass and two of my bushes, and I even caught them on my security camera pretending to treat my yard but not actually doing the work. When I contacted management, they promised to replace the bushes and make my yard a priority — but they never followed through. After that, they became a no-call, no-show. It's sad because I can't even give a review on this company I have called them four times and each time that I have waited to get service I have waited more than 20 minutes on the phone. And to me that's just poor customer service at this point because I am a customer who wants to have service at my home and can't even get somebody on the phone to sell me the service. Don’t trust their money back guarantee as they will not honour it. We have been trying to get rid of an ant problem for more than 3 months now and they have just been repeating the same thing every single service call. Only after asking for the money back guarantee after 4 or 5 visits they sent one of their educated managers to actually try to diagnose the issue. Even then, we are still seeing ants. Called to get my money back and one of their phone managers committed to sending me a cheque but
