When Nvirotect took over our lawn services, we were overrun with weeds and yellowing grass. Within 2 treatments, our tech, Joey, had taken care of both issues. He is friendly, helpful and professional. We heartily recommend this company!

Jack the technician was really friendly and answered all my questions. I like that from someone who care about the line of work they do.

Juan came on time after calling the day before and did a thorough job. He explained what he was going to do and when finished he went over everything. We had a some ghost ants that he found during the inside termite Inspection and treated them also. He is a very thorough and did a great job. Fair warning - do not sign any contract with these people. I wanted a service to help my lawn and flowers. Their initial Service dropped all my 100s of pink hibiscus. Their own service tech admitted it most likely was the wrong chemical being sprayed on the flowers. A manager did come out, did nothing but says it’s a normal life cycle, when their own tech said it was most likely the wrong chemical. In addition, after the 2nd service, my lawn started to get cinch bugs. I alerted nvirotect, they did not respond or rectify the situation. We had to put down chemicals to stop them from spreading. The people in charge are not customer focused or interested in making your lawn and flowers better. They are just interested in their money. Proceed with extreme caution.
