We are so pleased with the service and results we are getting with Paino Pest Management!! Kyle and Luke have been awesome - explain everything, very professional, considerate and considerate and competent! They started in November 2023 and my lawn has improved tremendously! Kyle and his team were friendly and professional! I felt like I had known Kyle forever after our first chat. I have been burned by some businesses lately but I immediately felt like I could trust Kyle and he did not disappoint! He is very responsive, timely, and always kept in touch and communicated with me. For me communication is key and the team communicated throughout the entire process which was over a week. They not only provided rodent removal and disinfection but removed and installed new insulation as well. I felt comfortable allowing them at my home when not there and that is very hard to come by. Will definitely recommend to everyone and definitely utilize them again for any future needs.

Paino Pest Management has been great to work with. Kyle keeps my yard looking beautiful and my house free from bugs. I haven't needed to call between services, but appreciate knowing he would come back out if there were any issues. I like the fact if I'm not home, my service will still take place and I get a detailed email with my invoice when the job is completed.
