I had the opportunity to meet with Nancy today, and unfortunately, it was a difficult experience. While the meeting started well, she became quite combative when I questioned her on specific points. In my experience, she was unwilling to listen, often interrupting or answering questions that hadn't been asked. She presented herself as an expert not only in pest control but also in home construction. Having spent a significant amount of time in the construction industry myself, I found her approach unprofessional and her information inaccurate. I strongly recommend finding another contact and would not suggest working with her.
