I have 2 houses in this company takes care of both of them. The owner is very accessible and will help if you have special needs. The individual that sprays the yards are very attentive to service needed. They are just the best! I'm very picky about my yard , and they are too! Rich

Back in March of 2025, I won a raffle price from Well's Termite & Pest Control a one-year quarterly service plan at a value of $460.00. What a nice surprise, as I had terminated my previous pest control service. I must say, Toeny Zantello fulfill his quarterly service without a hitch. I would highly recommend Well's Terminate & Pest Control. Thank you Toeny!

These guys have taken great care of our property, a 5 acre farmette with dogs, horses and chickens. They have helped us keep the flies and mosquitoes down, while being cautious of the animals safety, whether that means keeping gates closed or using products that won't harm them. For example they opted not to use pelleted poison to treat fire ants near the chicken coop, because they knew chickens would eat the pellets. They have also treated the whole property so we need not worry about fleas, ticks, termites, whatever you name it. We really appreciate this business.

My exterminator was incredibly good at what he did and he was so polite and kind.

Very Pleased! We are bug-free and rodent-free thanks to Wells regular services. Prior to Wells, we'd see all kinds of bugs and even had rats ruining through our lanai. Thank you Wells for taking such great care of us!

I swear since we've used wells termite and pest control there have not been ANY bugs inside our house. This is going on our 2nd year using them and we are extremely (well me more than hubby!! Lol) satisfied with their services. Our guy Axel is the best. Would definitely recommend their services

Great service they respond to any and all problems quickly Axel the service tech went above and beyond what we called him for. After going through the inside of our house for bugs he also took time to adjust our irrigation system. He resets everything and took a look at our lawn noticed we had a fungus and reported it to Wells. Excellent service, and a very courteous young man

They do a great job.

We've used Wells for over the years and have been very satisfied with their services. They have a quick response time if anything happens in-between services but that was rarely needed due to how efficient they're sprays are.

Great lawn care service. Always polite and professional. My lawn was being taken over by weeds and now it looks beautiful.

0 stars. We should have known when they asked to be payed $350.00 a year in advance for 4 outside pest treatments. It was a recommendation from our reliable lawn guy. Our second treatment we were not home.There was no appointment or service date given. The tech came to the front door knocked then sprayed a little of the porch and left. We have it all on camera. When we called and asked why we did not get service we got the run around. “No manager available.” Finally the tech himself called and told us “ you weren’t home to tell me what to do outside” and “I did what I do for everybody”. Apparently doing nothing is standard practice. He was very rude. Once we told him he was on camera not doing more than a few seconds of spraying he admitted not doing what he claimed on the service note. The note he left had stated he had treated our whole homes perimeter. No response to multiple calls and emails. No refund for the services they never provided. Do not hire this company. Addendum: The owner is denying we are a customer here is a picture of the tech’s service visit. I have dated videos from 2 cameras available that no service was provided. No refund yet for prepaid year.

We paid them for a year up front because they demand it That was for total pest control on home. After first treatment saw no improvement. They came for second treatment when we were not home because no appointment was made. Technician walked up drive to front door spraying very little product as he walked straight. He knocked on door and when no one answered he left receipt stating he sprayed the whole perimeter which he did not. He left. When we got home we found note and noticed none of the cob webs had been removed from the home, as agreed on to do, so we checked the cameras and found the “service call” was just the walk up the driveway to front door I called and emailed many times but the owner would not return or take my call I informed them I wanted a refund for the unused portion of the payment and to cancel my account. They canceled my account but have not given any refund whole or partial. They won’t answer emails or return phone calls

Zero stars. They do not do what they say. Avoid this company. You will be disappointed. They are arrogant and don't care about their customers. You have been warned. Response from Owner is utter nonsense. This has been the rainiest summer in years and they can't accept that they are unable to do an adequate job. My yard has had too much water and they want to tell me that it just needed more water. Only an idiot would swallow this excuse.
