The technician went above and beyond. He cleaned all the spider webs from the bushes, the Lani screens, and under the soffits. As well as the front porch and windows.

They arrived at the agreed time, cleaned the cobwebs, and carried out a careful and thorough fumigation against spiders, cockroaches, ants, and I suppose any other insect or arachnid. The vehicle looked very clean and the equipment and products were organized. The fumigator was in full uniform, respectful and friendly, and although young, detail-oriented and knowledgeable. I am simply satisfied with the work, once again.

Home Team Pest Defense was referred to us by friends when we first arrived in Verdana 2 1/2 years ago.. During that timeframe we've had several different technicians but for the past year or so we've been lucky enough to get Onel Amousse. Onel is the best. He is extremely knowledgable and helpful. Onel does a fantastic job every time he's here. He's schooled us on the Florida pests and insects and how to combat them. Onel always goes above and beyond his normal duties Onel is a great asset to Home Team Defense. Thanks for a job well done!

Danika was wonderful and went above and beyond our expectations. She even came to the first visit to ensure I felt comfortable with the technician in my home. Giovanni was wonderful and thorough with the service he provided. They both answered all my questions. My husband and I could not be more pleased with the service they provided.
