If I could give this company a 0 I would. We have been suspicious of fraudulent charges for service that have never been rendered. One of many events… we needed our irrigation pump repaired because TWQ failed to keep the filter clean. We paid them for irrigation checks but they did not actually check our system. I know for a fact because in order to check the system a code is needed to enter the home. I am alerted when entering the home. The pump was repaired but the young man didn’t know what

I shared a review for this company last year but decided to take it down. Well now I'm back because I'm totally over this company. Back when I was getting services from them there were a couple of times the guy supposedly came and sprayed our yard. Yet there was no sign that they are suppose to leave, and I was home on both occasions and never saw him go into our yard and spray. I waited a while to pay for those services because I was not happy. Finally I did pay them back in April for the 2 ser

Wow extremely horrible customer service many many promises to begin my irrigation system but no-show I offered almost 50% more to have them start immediately many excuses, rain many jobs etc. etc. believe me when I say about the service since I am a landscape contractor and irrigation installer for 50 years I have a full line Nursery in Canton Michigan so I know what I’m talking about. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. I went elsewhere received a quote in the morning the crew
