If I could give this company a 0 I would. We have been suspicious of fraudulent charges for service that have never been rendered. One of many events… we needed our irrigation pump repaired because TWQ failed to keep the filter clean. We paid them for irrigation checks but they did not actually check our system. I know for a fact because in order to check the system a code is needed to enter the home. I am alerted when entering the home. The pump was repaired but the young man didn’t know what
Claudia, Ted and the team were very helpful, and quick. Excellent customer service. We had a wasp problem at home and they were able to take care of it. Will continue to use their services moving forward.
Ted was great. Explained all payment options and was extremely professional. Very respectful of our home and possessions. Way better than the local competition. Strongly recommend Bear Max.
