Knowing Massy and seeing their reviews, I am sure this will not come as a surprise to many, but STAY AWAY! Two years ago, as a new Villager, I signed up for their service bundle of termite, pest control, sprinkler maintenance, and lawn/tree/shrub fertilizing. I pre-paid for a one-year contract & trusted them to fulfill their end of the deal. 6 months into the contract, I discovered multiple sprinkler heads broken and misaligned despite them “servicing” my sprinkler system less than two weeks

I have been a Massey customer for almost every service they offer for 20 years. No problems till now. Unless I get complete satisfaction I will drop Massey. I pointed out to Massey staff a major problem in various sections of my lawn. Large areas adjacent to my stone wall are brown with no green grass. Massey worker and a few supervisors said my weed killer leached out from the wall and destroyed the grass. I've been doing the same weed killer process for all my years here and this never happ
