They come and spray. However my lawn is filled with weeds. Something does not seem to be working

Fertigator is great with the sprinkler system but very poor in yard care. I’ve been having a problem with chinch bugs And they came out and looked and said they treated the yard. This was five weeks ago. I left for a four week vacation and it’s now worse than ever and I’ll probably have to put down new sod so again they’re great with sprinkler systems very poor with the yard care.

4 years and 2 other well known lawn care services later and my lawn is finally looking good and getting better every week. The customer service and communication is excellent. Dave Cross has been so great explaining the problems with my lawn after testing it and making a few suggestions to remedy the situation. Thank you Dave and the team at FertiGator for saving my lawn. I highly recommend them!

I had lawn, pest, inline sprinkler and cinch bug with them. The pest control did not come every other month. Fertigator did not perform their services in a regular manner. There are brown spots in my yard. They want me to spend over $400 on my irrigation system. Mind you it is one year old and they conned me into spending $600 last year. Their accounting system is inaccurate. Buyer beware!

Service has slipped since we been them for awhile now. Seems like the bi-monthly treatments get stretched out!

Unfortunately, I am a current customer and have not received the service one should expect from Fertigator. My periodic weed/feed/pest services were performed appropriately two weeks ago, but bugs are persistent, both outside and in (very clean home/no food ever left out/no excess moisture or other bug-friendly environments), and despite multiple attempts to reach Fertigator, and multiple emails and voicemails, I have yet to hear back from anyone at the business to schedule interior and exterior pest control service (included in the cost of my normal service). If things improve, I will update this Google review accordingly.

I chose Fertigator Lawn Care based on their positive reviews, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. The company charged my credit card and then missed scheduled appointments. They also overcharged my credit card on multiple occasions. Despite several attempts to resolve the issue—calling both Customer Service and their Accounting department—I never received a return call. Even more concerning, they are now refusing to refund a portion of the money they overcharged me. This level of service is unacceptable, and I would strongly caution others against using this company based on my experience.

Called for an estimate. They “only service the villages and villages communities”. Even tho I have 1.25 acre with a house on it. What a joke.

We've had our house in The Villages since November 2022 & have had FertiGator since January 2025 ! We're very pleased with them! We tried 2 other companies beforehand, & we're so happy we found FertiGator! Their Customer Service is great & our lawn has improved a lot in the 5+ months that we've had them!

They collect monthly but service every two months. I traveled for a month and weeds have taken over part of my lawn. Their service is inadequate.

We are new to Fertigator, having signed up earlier this month (May 2023). We initially met with Dave Cross, who cares across as quite a gentleman, personable and knowledgeable. Today (May 12, 2023), Aaron came out to do the first fertilization for our lawn and plantings. He, too, was quite nice, cordial and expert in what he did and suggested. This was a great start for us with Fertigator! It has now been more than a year since I posted this review, and I continue to be impressed with the Fertigator folks-their timeliness, expertise and politeness , in particular Dave Cross, an owner!

My experience with Fertigator so far has been very positive. Joe did an incredible job coming out and explaining everything to me when he gave me the estimate quote. The technician that came for my first service was George. I was beyond impressed with this young man. He was courteous, kind, and had the most incredible upbeat attitude. Needless to say, I will share my experience with as many people as I can, because I strongly believe in recognizing those that go above and beyond.

Fertigator has saved our lawn! There was a noticeable difference in our lawn within 2 weeks after the first treatment. I highly recommend Fertigator!

Great company! Love the employees and service. Sarah is awesome, always listens to me and addresses all of my concerns & questions. Chris did some repairs on my sprinklers and hands down did a great job! Thank you Fertigator!!

I live in the villages and my lawn was terrible until I signed up with Fertigator lawn service within a few months my lawn has made a drastic change even my neighbors notice

Fertigator has been responsive and very helpful from lawn service to insect control inside and out. The fertilizer system is very effective.

12 miles away and won't service me, after me giving them my address. Guess a 15- 20 min drive isn't good business. Edit: Isn't it interesting that a business does not feel that even providing a service is part of the quality of service? Them not servicing their local community is indicative of their quality of service. It speaks to what their motivation is when "taking care" of its customers.

Lawn is looking much better since Fertigator has begun our weed/feed. The irrigation checkup has also helped reach the areas that were dry.

I completed an online request for an estimate through the BBB only to be told they can't service me because they only service the villages and stonecrest. I LIVE I STONECREST so I guess they don't want my business!! I will surely go elsewhere !! Your loss ferrigator

Warning… Do not use FertiGator Lawn Care. Terrible company! They signed me up a month ago and damaged my lawn by edging up to a 4” gap around my flower beds and are canceling me and unwilling to continue service. Photos of damage will be posted in comments. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.

This company only serves the villages. I'm 11 minutes from their HQ and they said I was out of their range. Update Response: this a review of your service. Your website states you cover Lady Lake, you don't. Your office is 10 minutes away from me. For some reason you don't do a radial coverage area like normal, so you state I'm out of range. You'd service an area 30 minutes west but not 10 minutes south. Makes no sense.
