Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control

My Truly Nolan service technician, whose name is Larry, just finished my May service. I live in Old Town Key West and my house is very hard to service. Larry did not compromise on the service even though he had to park his truck three or four spaces away from my house, which meant he had to use a lot more hose to be able to get all the way around my house. Also, in order to get the back quadrant of the left side of my house, he had to walk down three houses past my house to access their backyard

Very unprofessional. Took forever to send paperwork to my apartment complex so they could come and inspect my apartment. Then after they made plans to come and replace or check the traps and were late each time or simply did not show up. Update: still dealing with issues with them. They are trying to bill me instead of my apartment complex. And on top of that I’m having to use traps that they left due to never returning. Now I guess I’m the exterminator. Luckily I’m not the one paying them, but

Our residential service specialist, Taymi Romero-Lopez was as professional as it gets. With a smile she serviced every aspect of our home and even gave tips to keep bugs away. We had very respectful three way conversation with my husband and myself.
