Marked a work order as "completed" and charged me even though no service was performed. I found this out when I called to cancel service after they didn't show up during the scheduled timeframe. The manager then emailed me asking for another chance to perform the service, so I obliged and asked to schedule another appointment the following week. After 3 attempts at following up to schedule an appointment, I gave up and disputed the charge. HORRIBLE service.
