Anne is always very sweet on the phone and schedules us quickly. We recently had a fly problem outside which they would come inside when the door opened or closed (the whole street has it) and we tried everything. They came and within minutes they were gone. Whatever they use for flys and for roaches isn’t comparable to store bought products. 100/10 recommend using this company for any pest control.

Charter Pest Control is reliable and responsive to the pest issues of the Key Largo Civic Club. We are very satified with our tech, Lance Gibbs and the office staff in servicing the needs promptly and courteously. Our clubhouse receives service on a monthly basis and because they guarantee their service, Lance makes a service call anytime needed. We highly recommend them to anyone needing pest control from Key Largo to Marathon.

We just fired Charter Pest Control from our two properties after two years for a monthly visit. In the past year we have been overrun with ants and other various bugs. I have a camera security system that alerts me when the gardener is there and even when a cat come around at night but never caught Lance, Charters technician. We questioned earlier in the year if they were coming at all because the bugs had gotten worse. Pam the manager insisted that he was coming because he should have been leaving a door hanger and yard sign. Guess what! No signs or hangers ever. My wife called back last week to discuss our bug problem with Pam who said Lance said he was leaving his door hangers and signs. I work from home at my house and my mother is retired at the other house so we are always home but we never saw them. My wife hired Orkin and called Pam who had no reaction to our discontinuing of their sevice. So much for supporting a local business.

For both properties we received a total of 6 calls about ants since 2014; and we did a retreat within a day of being called. In the past year we were called ONCE and we went out immediately to resolve the problem.<br>Pam offered the wife other solutions to prove the tech was going there on a monthly basis, but the wife said no. The wife also said she hadn't looked at the camera, to check to see if the tech was there on the date and time I told her he was there. On a previous call from the wife she said she waited too long to check the camera, so she couldn't verify if tech was there.<br>Charter Pest Control is a locally owned business and we pride ourselves with giving each & every customer the best service we can. It seems like these people cannot be pleased.

I was visiting the Keys in my RV when roaches started showing up. I called and they quoted a fair price and came right out and treated my RV and the roaches are gone. Thank you for the good service!
