Best lawn service

I had subterranean termites in my laurel oak trees and several tunnels on my concrete block house. The technician that came out clearly explained what needed to be done and went straight to work. He quickly drilled holes in the concrete patios surrounding my house and then pumped pesticide into the holes and injected pesticide around the dirt areas around the house. The whole operation took less than three hours, and the price was very reasonable. I was very pleased with Taylor Pest Management and would definitely recommend them!

No longer impressed. I have been a customer for the past 5 years. Paid my contract in advanced every year. I received a bill for $20.00 at the end of my contract. I called the office to questioned the extra charge. I was told that my contract went up and I had to pay. I explained to the unpleasant women that you can not increase a prepaid contract price. I said you can increase my new contract. I had no problem with it. Paid my account over the phone in advanced every year again. A few weeks later I received a cheque in the mail for a refund. I called the office as I did not understand why. She became nasty told me I was rude on the phone, and nasty to the technician. I asked to speak to the owner. She said quote “no, he doesn’t want to speak to you either” I just bet the owner is not aware of her behaviour. A customer who pays in advance is golden.

I gave this company a try for “bug” treatment. After returning to Florida one month later, I had bugs outside and I had bugs inside my house. I called the company to see if they would be willing to come out and give me a reapplication never heard from them so I guess buyer beware there are lots of other Bugg companies out there. I’m gonna look for one.

I called for a quote & was told someone will get back to me. He finally called and said he does the inside only. I let him know I only wanted quote for outside & he told me someone else would call me. Over a week later an older gentleman showed up to my house during the day on a weekday while I was at work. My wife told him he would have to speak to me & he left. He came back when nobody was home, sprayed the lawn 6 days after I already got it sprayed, left an invoice in my mailbox & fraudulently signed my name on the invoice. I will be contacting my attorney & pressing charges against this company.

They will give timely and affordable treatment. They have never offered more services than necessary. We’ve used them exclusively for over 10 years.

Taylor Pest Management has been taking care of my house and lawns for several years now, they have always been prompt and very professional. I have pets and they took the time to explain to me the products they use and that they are pet and family friendly. Just an awesome company!!

Beware of using this company for your lawn applications. The companies Technician Mike sprayes the product 3 to 4 times the manufacturer guidelines. This violates EPA regulations. I was going to work for this company but after a day of training....... I watched Mike spray this customers fruit tress, 10 different ones with Bandit insecticide and fungicide that ARE NOT SAFE FOR FRUIT TREES! Taylor Pest Management lawn division violates all the chemical companies manufacture recommendations! PLEASE DO NOT USE AROUND YOU AND YOUR FAMILY AND PETS!

I hate to leave bad reviews, but unfortunately, this company ruined my grass and completely unresponsive to my messages. I needed my grass sprayed for Thanksgiving, I planned ahead and got my grass sprayed in OCTOBER! I was not made aware that my grass would turn orange & yellow. It is now December and my grass is still dead and not growing back. My husband called him and he said he MAY have mixed the wrong chemicals?! What? and he completely ghosted us since then. Very disappointing!
