She didn’t just purge my attic of critters - she impressed me at every step with her knowledge, professionalism, and the way she runs her business. Her communication system alone is next-level: texts, emails, updates, arrival time windows, enroute messages - you always know exactly what’s going on and when. And even after the job was finished, she proved she truly stands behind her work. I had a question about something in my attic and she responded the same day - then actually came back out in person to check it. Who does that anymore? Shannon flat-out impressed me big time. If Google let me give six stars, she’d get every one of them. Highly recommended!

Great experience in my time of need, Shannon was wonderful!! Called Sunday morning for help with a raccoon I had trapped, Shannon was so helpful on the phone explaining in detail how they handle the removal and then she was the one that came out to remove him in just a short time. Very reasonable price and very professional and experienced. I highly recommended this family owned company for assistance with your wildlife needs.

EXCELLENT SERVICE ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ As I was looking for a company to come out and remove a critter who had found refuge in part of my roof, nobody had answered the phone except ABSOLUTE CRITTER REMOVAL & REPAIR. Not only were they the first ones to pick up but out of all the companies I ended up talking to, they charged the best rate for just coming out and inspecting the job. Upon arrival a few days later, Shannon showed up to fix the problem. Shannon was super friendly and was confident to complete the job and task once she found what the problem was. She was also very knowledgeable so that was very conforting as well. She didn’t charge an arm an a leg for the remainder of the service and was extremely fair and ultimately just wanted to get the job done right. The problem my family and I had was with a squirrel and it just so happens that squirrel also just recently had babies. Shannon removed the squirrel’s nest and babies that were with it and the mother squirrel was able to get her babies to a different location unscaved. Thank you Shannon and the Absolute Critter team for a phenomenonal job. Would call them back within an instant if I needed them again.

Shannon came to the house and lent us a bird deterrent machine to see if it worked before charging us a penny. A week later she came back and we purchased one from her. The best money we ever spent!

Shannon came out bc I have rodents in my attic/ walls. She looked around and said she needed her husband to check it out bc she didn't see any place they could be coming in. Her husband came looked around, went inside took dishwasher out, said there was a hole that could possibly be their entryway, put chicken wire on it. Paid them $100 . I was really hoping that was the fix, but it wasn't. Text Shannon 3 times, called twice. They have never gotten back to me. Wouldn't recommend.
