I called on a Friday told them I have a mosquito emergency. By Wednesday I hadn’t heard anything and no spraying had been done so I canceled the deal. Of course they called and said they had me scheduled for the next day, but by then I lost trust and it was too late. Don’t recommend them. they even use an obnoxious artificial intelligence system to answer questions and make reservations saying “I’ll get your information back to the team” and nothing seems to happen.

Over the last seven years we have used two mosquito companies. Over time both companies’ customer service became very poor. And the techs Changed frequently and did not take care of our misting system. We called Mosquito Joe and just speaking with Kelly i knew the company was different. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Kelly and Nan came out today and checked my system out and made sure it was functioning perfectly. I was very impressed with both gentlemen. Very knowledgeable and they seemed to really care about the customer… I look forward to long relationship with Mosquito Joe! Five Star service!!!👏🏻👏🏻👊🏻👊🏻

Since Mosquito Joe has been coming to my place we have been able to enjoy the yard. No more being attacked by mosquitoes and noseeums in our yard. We live near the water and have a pond around two sides of our home. The technician is extremely friendly and professional.

My technician did a wonderful job today. It had rained over the past few days and he made sure that it was sprayed extra good and put tablets under my deck where I have standing water. He was very thorough and I can enjoy my outside deck and patio area without getting ravaged with mosquitoes.

My overall experience with MJ was good until our last service. We were told our yard was treated but we never saw anyone out there. We even checked all of our yard cameras to confirm. We saw the truck pull in at 11:53 and leave at 11:58 but nobody suited up and sprayed. Because of this incident we were not comfortable moving forward with service anymore. When I called to cancel they didn't even try to retain my business and the lady on the phone actually sounded annoyed with me. I asked for a "respray" since we paid for it and they don't do refunds but nobody has been by for that. It's unfortunate and I hope they work it out on the back end! Best of luck to you MJ!

We believe there are a couple of factors at play that we would like to take a moment to clarify. We recently underwent a change in management, and it looks like your review predates our current management. In looking over the records, we see that we arrived three days after Hurricane Ian, as soon as we learned that you wanted a respray, and treated a quarter-acre section of your property. Our GPS shows that our technician was there for the appropriate amount of time needed to treat that space with a commercial-grade blower. We're sorry if there was any confusion about the quarter-acre area we were contracted to spray. If you would like to expand the section of property that Mosquito Joe treats, we'd be happy to discuss options with you. I am beyond disappointed. We've been loyal MJ's customers since we lived in Virginia and have been using them with success here, but were recently transferred to another franchise in Savannah. There was NO graceful transition. We learned about the change when another team showed up one day. To say it's been a cluster would be an understatement. The First Coast franchise points the finger at the Savannah franchise and visa versa. You CANNOT contact corporate (the phone number just refers you to the local franchise) and the email address was unanswered. Sadly, we have no choice but to switch to another provider, even though we had no issues with the MJ's treatment. I guess if you can get the First Coast franchise, go for it, but they may sell you off without notice like they reportedly did to the 500+ customers in our area.

I just had my third treatment last week and I received a call from Dave today and he told me he was scheduling for my July treatment and I told him I thought there would only be three and he said this was the extended treatment. I asked what that was and was it any additional money? I paid $229.00 for the three treatments and thought that was the total charge. However, I was informed by him that each additional visit would be $70.00. Not the way it was presented to me and I have had numerous neighbors ask about it, but I will not recommend them to anyone at this point. So, if I don't go with this "extended" treatment and get mosquito's, I am just out of luck! I don't feel the presentation that I originally got was full disclosure.

Hey Ruth.<br>Our prefered process is to start with an accelerated treatment which is 3 treatments done 7 to 10 days apart. We do this since the barrier is not perfect. It can get about 80% of your mosquitoes the first time. When the temperatures are perfect for breeding as they are now, it often takes 2 or 3 treatments to reduce the numbers enough so the 20% remaining is comfortable outside. The barrier breaks down around 21 days and disappears from the foliage that we spray the barrier to. To maintain the results of the accelerated treatment, we must come out every 21 days or your mosquitoes will come back.<br><br>I am sorry that there was a misunderstanding. We try to make sure that we cover all of the information about your service when you call for your quote. We also send out 2 emails that go over all the aspects of the service for you to review after we have set up the service to make sure you know all the information. I can see from my records that all this information was sent to you.
