I can’t tell you how many years I’ve been coming to this place for a little things I needed and for help with the dogs. I’m really sad that I went by today after realizing that they weren’t open then I called to find out that the owner retired so they are no longer working or open, which is very sad

I brought in a few dead ants. He explained what we need to do. Within 2 days ants were gone.

It can sometimes take From seven days up to three or four weeks to eliminate the entire colonies, if people have been spraying and splitting up the colonies.<br><br>The best thing you did was to bring some of the ants with you so we were able to make a positive ID. It definitely matters. Different ants require different types of baits and treatment methods.<br><br>Thank you also for leaving such a favorable review. Called in for pricing on Termidor foam and what was going to be a few other products. When I asked how many ounces or the size of the can I was told that they're busy with customers and I could come in and see for myself. Then was immediately hung up on. Didn't even get to ask for the price. I don't know about you, but I'm sick and tired of businesses expecting money from people and providing the saddest level of service imaginable. Don't support businesses that treat customers like this.

First I call a pest control company. They were a joke. I went to this pest control store and explained my situation. The guy behind the counter knew exactly what I needed. I followed his instructions. I am so grateful because I was at my wits end. All the pests have been eliminated. Thank you so much!

I admit I have no clue when it comes to pest control or prevention. I came across an issue and became very frustrated and frantic . The man working there is so fantastic ! He was VERY patient with me when dealing with my rough situation at a relatives home. I had memory issues occurring, he allowed me to call back if needed and speak with him regarding the situation. He tried to help us to identify what pest was causing the problem. He was very knowledgeable and I appreciate that he was willing to listen and provide the proper assistance

The heavy set female who works during the day is extremely rude. Doesn’t say hello or welcome you, has a serious attitude problem and should not represent this company when consulting people for pest control. Very disheartening for a place that has been around for years and I will now just shop online. Eventually you people will learn to treat all customers with dignity and respect. I’m certain the going out of business sign is only months away

Way over priced. Amazon has the same products for about $15 cheaper. They were unwilling to do anything about the situation even though we spent over $70. Super disappointing. We drove over an hour to go to this place because of the good reviews.

Buyer beware. they are extremely overcharging here!! i bought arilon household pest control here was charged 35$ came home searched it online found same package at several locations for half the price. as well as in the same visit i purchased sentry flea med for my dog was charged 39.99$ and when i researched it i found i could buy it now all over the internet for as much as a third of that price including shipping. when i called about returning the items was told the flea med is sold by an employee as a side business??? and they are not able to accept returns. maybe its all my fault for not researching before i bought. but no one expects to be taken like that....
