Technicians do not always show up. One day, the technician did not show up for the day they were scheduled, but marked that they did. Home is equipped with cameras so we knew that was a lie. One technician wouldn't stop talking to us about religion, so we stopped letting him in the house. It was awkward. Their billing/payment system is stuck in the 80s. They also believe it's legal and great customer service to leave you a voicemail saying when they will be stopping by to provide a service.

5/5. 10/10. I have nothing but great things to say about this company. This company was referred to us by a coworker. I will refer them to my coworkers as well. The techs that came out (we had 2 separate ones, but Lloyd was our primary) were completely professional and genuinely likeable people. I’ve been using Tombstone for termite prevention and pest control for several years now. I get to see Lloyd every 3 months as he sprays my house and treats my yard. Lloyd is always on time and professional. Tombstone always sends me text reminders to remind me in advance what day they are coming. Last week when he checked my termite traps, he showed me how much activity the traps had seen and made me realize how important it is to keep termite service forever or be in big trouble. My downt

Premiere Termite is an excellent company! I feel like I can 100% tell you that because we had an issue with our service and how a company reacts to a problem is what separates a good business from a great one. I was quoted a price for a slab pretreatment over the phone. The Tech came out, did a great job and was super nice! When I called to pay I was give a different price, and told I was quoted incorrectly. I paid it and was rather unhappy. Once upper management heard of the mixup they promptly
