Love this company. The lawn maintenance person comes to the door to let you know he is here and takes his time to talk to you about any problems you might need to address to him. Doesn't rush in and out and leave before you even know he was there . They do a great job, too.

We use oasis for both outdoor lawn/pest and indoor control. They are fast to respond and have done an outstanding job getting rid of our cinch bugs! And the reps who come out are as nice as can be, and very knowledgeable.

Oasis does a superb job in all aspects. If there is every a problem, they respond immediately. Great company.

So far, they have make some changes on our yard. We have Bahia lawn and we have less weeds since we started with Oasis.

Our tech was very friendly and informative. I feel confident that our problem has been taken care of.

I’ve been using them for close to a year now and I can confidently say no other company comes close. They have boots on ground on a monthly bases ensuring my grass is healthy and my house is bug free. I use Oasis for fertilizer, weed and pest control. The four homes on our block that use Oasis have the greenest lawns. Service is very good and they respond to our needs.

Absolute worse lawn service I’ve ever had. My lawn looks worse now than when they took over. Plus they are not an honest company with any sense of what customer service should be. When I signed up with them I explicitly asked the sales rep about moving as my home was up for sale. He was very clear. He said in the case of moving I just had to notify the office on the move date. For any other cancellation reason I was to call and give them three months to correct the issue and during that time I would still need to pay the monthly fee. I asked twice and he was very clear that moving was just a phone call to the office and the contract would be cancelled. I would never recommend this company.

I have used Oasis for 5 years now and am very satisfied with the service. They have advised me on how long on should be watering my lawn for the various zones and address any issues I have with my lawn.

Cory is very professional in carrying out his duties. He asked questions if there are any concerns we would like for him to address. He is also very respectful of the property.

I wouldn’t use any other company by far the best

I have been using “Your Oasis” services for a few years now and I strongly recommend them for anybody who wants to keep their lawn pest free. They are very professional and thorough. They let us know when they are coming out to service our property in case we have any concerns we want them to take care of, as everyone knows, Florida outdoors can throw a lot of surprises at you on a daily basis, but Your Oasis is always ready to tackle them! They come on time and do a great job, and then send us a report of everything that has been done to our lawn including any observations they had when they were out there . They are very responsive, and are even willing to come out on days other than that scheduled if we have any kind of emergency. Their technician is very friendly, polite knowledgeable, and dependable. He takes his time to discuss issues and provide us with solutions 😃 The whole team is wonderfully friendly and professional, from Management to technicians to operators and they’re all ready and willing to help. BEWARE OF SCAM! After multiple months using Your Oasis my lawn is worse than it's ever been and after cancelling Julita (front office lady referenced by other reviewers) confirmed that they will be forcing me to pay $90/mo for 2 additional months WITHOUT PROVIDING ANY SERVICE. I am currently using TruGreen and have used Lawn Doctor before, I would highly recommend taking your business there instead.

When I first started using them, it was great—Mike, my sales guy, checked in regularly and made me feel like they actually cared. But the moment he left the company, everything went straight to hell. The service became absolutely atrocious, especially my lawn service and pest control. I've been paying them for 6 years, and not once did they bother to reach out after Mike left or do a thing in the last year and a half. Instead of improving, my lawn has only gotten worse—no effort, no results—just a complete disaster. I reached out, and shockingly, I got a call from the so-called service manager who *said* he’d look into my complaints. Did I get any follow-up? Of course not. Nothing. Zero. The weeds are out of control, and I’m left paying for this mess. How is that even possible? I honestly believe they aren’t doing what they’re supposed to do — I suspect they aren’t spraying the entire back yard like they should be, but the front gets sprayed fine. This whole experience has been infuriating, and I would absolutely NOT recommend them to anyone. I’ve got friends who used them too, and they’ve had the same terrible experience. We all were recommended by a friend, and every single one of us is fed up with the same garbage service.
