We purchased a quarterly irrigation contract with Massey 5/23. Paid in full for the year since it is a second home and wanted reassurance irrigation would be checked on every three months. They never came and did the service. We have cameras around the house and no one was ever detected doing a service. Arrived and spoke to a neighbor who said it’s been like this for a few months. Irrigation head has caused damaged to our driveway/garage door as well as our NEW landscape on the side of our home.

What a terrible experience with Massey I was assured they would look after and care of my brand new lawn and landscaping which we had just spent thousands on But six months later they ruined it !!! I called after month 2 to inform them it’s looking terrible when after month 4 they sent a manager I will not mention his name I addressed my concern to him Especially that there was a very young guy servicing which I wasn’t happy with He reply was - well he is young he needs to start somewhere !!!

I have had Massey services for many years. A few months ago, I noticed brown spots in my yard and Massey told me it was irrigation issues. Irrigation company came out and nothing was wrong with my system. The brown spots kept getting worse, so I called to have someone come out. On 08/07 Cesar came out to inspect the yard. He told me I had cinch bugs so he treated the lawn. On 08/22 he came out again to treat the lawn. I spoke with him on 09/05 and told him we needed to come up with a plan to get
