Excellent customer service and representative whom did the work!

As first time homebuyer, we didn't realize how many services we’d have to call within the first year of owning our home. From fencing companies, plumbers, electricians, tree services, and other contractors, it's been a hectic first year. Out of all of them, I am so glad that we found wilkies pest control. They have been the easiest and most professional service out of all of them. From the estimate to the monthly service, it has been WONDERFUL. Everyone I've talked to has been extremely helpful and kind. We love Craig, he's the absolute best. He's punctual (a big one for me), friendly, helpful, and always goes above and beyond to see that everything is taken care of.

I cannot speak to their pest control services, but their lawn service leaves a lot to be desired. My husband was told in May that they can treat torpedo grass but only in the winter - but had for whatever reason chosen not to treat it in the winter. My yard is now overrun with torpedo grass, and the supervisor who came out today told me there is nothing they can do about it. Which is it, that you can only do it in the winter, or you can't do anything at all? He had a very nonchalant attitude about the issue. When I pointed out that my neighbor doesn't have the number of weeds (both torpedo grass and other weeds) that I do, he suggested I call their weed service. So be warned - they're happy to take your money but if you have a problem, they will also be happy to tell you to take a walk.

Today I signed up for quarterly services from Wilkie’s pest control, Alex came out right away, on time, and completed the first service request. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Alex gave me some good advice about pest prevention on my property. I highly recommend Wilkie’s pest control.

Alex came over to treat for termites today. He was patient and answered all our questions. It’s obvious that Wilkes has trained professionals working for them. Couldn’t be happier. I can easily recommend Wilkes to anyone. Thank you guys.

We had a pest problem a year ago and were under contract with another company. The other company could not get rid of them despite 3 visits and stopped answering our calls when we tried to get them back. I called Wilkie's for a 2nd opinion. The owner called me personally and gave me free advice over the phone to tackle to issue myself. My husband and I got rid of the pests with his advice and we asked him to call us 5 months later when our current contract was up with the old company. 5 Months to the day, Rob called us and reminded us our contract was up with the old company and he would be happy to take care of us. He came within 2 days (despite our schedule changing and us having to reschedule. The technician was extremely thorough throughout our home and the price for the annual contract was affordable and reasonable. We recommend Wilkie's 10 times out of 10 for their stellar customer service, honesty and attentiveness to us when we weren't even paying customers. Thank you Wilkie's!

Alex came today and wow out of everyone who has come he did a great job and loved how he was serious about loving what he does, he even unscrewed my outlet cases by my sink where I told him the biggest problem and the clean out we had they didnt do that and so happy he did.. I will always want Alex to come to my house, and be scheduling another clean out with Alex! And mason too he has come and he is awesome like Alex and Thankyou Wilkes for having wonderful employees who take care of their customers and mason looks like my son joseph!!

This company is Awesome! We have had excellent lawn service with them for years. We have Jarrett as our tech now. He knows his job very well and does a great job. He always talks to you and explains what he will be doing and any problems you have will address them at that time. He never talks down to you. He is very polite, knowledgeable, and understanding he does his job very well! Thank you

They take the time to talk about the chemicals they sell and recommend what would work best on the problem pests your having.

Wish they did what they said they would do. Showed up without appointment after being assured one of owners would come out after first inexperienced person came out. Still same issues. Would definitely not recommend. Like local business but don't like service or being lied to.
