We had this crazy insane issue with snails at our house. We tried many different things trying to get rid of them but nothing worked for us. I found Tropical Pest and Termite Solutions on somebody else’s post for recommendations and gave Cynthia a call. She was at the house the very next day checking everything out. I told her everything we had tried and she went and did her own research and found something that worked! That was 2 years ago and we’ve used her services since then for all of our pest control needs. I cannot say enough good things about her and her work ethic! I had the misfortune of needing termite treatment outside my house but of it came the fortune of Tropical Pest and Termite Solution and Cynthia. After many calls and quotes (a lot of them higher but even some lower), Cynthia was recommended by someone local and I can see why. She was detailed in her explanation of service, transparent and clear on the billing, and flexible with scheduling. I was getting other work done when I stumbled into a problem needing her help and she was accommodating to my scheduling conflicts, offered to service wood inside the home proactively and even came back (with the most phenomenal response times of under 10 minutes) to spray new wood beams to put my mind at ease. She was very fairly priced (top 3 quotes of 8 I got and by a landslide), extremely knowledgeable, and much more of a genuine human than a sales robot.
