I have been an Orkin customer for over 35 years. Within the last couple of years I added lawn service. I am told the house is one company and the yard is another. Very displeased with the lawn service. They just come whenever they want without any notice. When you try speaking to them they do not speak English. Well as of today I have cancelled my yard service. Upon speaking with a so called manager, he said this is how it is done. Well no thank you. I don't work for you. Your company

I had originally given this company 5 stars when the first service technician came out. He was friendly, informative, and competent. Apparently he was covering for someone on vacation and wasn't my normal tech, so they sent someone named Caio. First of all, Caio the service tech is just awful. Rude and lacks social skills. Had him out for a visit and he did nothing but ask questions just so he could interrupt me and hear the sound of his own voice. Whatever "work" he did did not do anything to r

We used to work with beach Enviromental, great pest control company they did the pest control of our bushes and grass front and back yard, the lawn and the barrier of our home, they increased their prices a lot and we decided to switch to save some money. We chose Orkin and hired them for the same services, we paid a year and advance for the services to be performed bi monthly. They came in May and sprayed a pesticide that was either to sting or wrong for my plants that basically dried and eve
