I was so pleased to meet and discuss our home maintenance/inspection needs with such an exceptional representative of Ham’s Pest Control! Very professional presentation as well as conversationalist: teaching, explaining the elements of home monitoring that would alert me to specific issues and preventative care! He explained each component of inspection process, locations and any noted risk factors/discrepancies! I can comment more highly on his knowledge, problem identification skills and communicating them clearly to me the customer! This is an employee in the field who strongly reflects Ham Pest Controls business standards and excellence!

We had a termite issue and Tom came out the next day and did the inspection. Found the source and scheduled treatment in two days. Very responsive. Stephen and Brandon did a thorough treatment after explaining all they were going to do. Very friendly and professional. 5 star service.

I have been thinking about my experience since they came out for my pest control service. I told the tech I was most concerned about the spiders with a toddler running around. The treatment put in the house, discolored my flooring. He put granules around outside. When I asked about the spider and wanted to have it checked, the response was "we are killing their food so they will just go away". No addressing the webs or anything just a little spray a little granules then he was gone. I will be going back to Terminex who was amazing at my previous home. I should not have ventured from a company that has been reliable and excellent at communicating.

We recently discovered evidence of termites inside an exterior wall of our home. The office and field team at Ham’s responded immediately to asses the extent of the infestation, and explained in detail their affordable and practical approach to our specific treatment needs, and for prevention going forward. They completed the work quickly and efficiently; cleaning up and leaving very little evidence of the work that had been done. We were lucky to have found the problem in time to prevent major damage to our home. We’ll continue to use Ham’s for our termite prevention, and would recommend their services to everyone.

We recently hired Ham's Pest Control for a termite inspection and treatment. Tom Major was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Tom was experienced at identifying, treating and communicating the effective treatment needed in eliminating a severe infestation. The day of the treatment Tom and Brandon were punctual, detailed, and clearly answered all additonal questions we had. We had a positive experience with Ham's Pest Control and would highly recommend them.

We had Ham Pest Control come out to do the WDO inspection on a property we were wanting to buy. They did a great job. Their report was quick, easy to understand, communication was 👌🏽. Marty came out and did the inspection and I talked to Tom a lot about the report and he was very knowledgeable. After all the findings were taken care of, they were quick to come out and treat, inspect, and give us a clear report. It's due diligence and professional integrity that make huge differences, and how you treat people. HAM Pest control, Marty and Gene are great guys. Their second efforts last year saved us 10s of thousands of dollars in repair fees, from undisclosed termite damage on a property we were buying. I am a Transaction Coordinator who works a ton with buyer's and Ham's has been absolutely great to work with especially when it comes to buying a home. They are very informative, pay close attention to detail and are very easy to work with, schedule with and get all your questions answered. They are also great because they will put together a WDO treatment plan based off what they found. This makes this whole process super smooth, easy and stress free. Will continue to use them for my buyer's.

Hams Pest Control is the best company to work with. Family owned business and it shows in a good way. I always use Hams for my WDO inspections.

DO NOT USE THE COMPANY FOR A WDO. I was selling my home and needed a WDO Inspection. A inspector showed up to inspect my property. I had a roof leak with some damage. This had nothing to do with the WDO. Ham would not pass my WDO because I had a roof leak They said I Quote: Because you have a roof leak THIS COULD ATTRACT TERMITES therefore in order to pass the WDO you will have to spend all most 1000.00 for treatment. They took advantage of me There were NO SIGNS OF TERMITES AT ALL. I was forced to get a termite treatment or I could not sell my house.

If I could give negative stars I would, I called and attempted to use this company and never again. Over priced, very rude and beyond un professional. Do yourself a favor and do not ever contact this company.

Didn't follow through with work but took my money.

Very disappointed if Marty, which is a cousin works for this company. I had a termite inspection scheduled for Monday, confirmed on Sunday even. He was suppose to call me to give me a 30 minute time frame of when they would be out and nothing ALL day. I called him. His mailbox was full, I texted him twice, no response. I texted his cousin to help me get ahold of him and nothing from him! Unless something bad has happened, which I hope not, I would not recommend this company to anyone. Unprofessional to not show up without a call/text. Now I’m having to scramble to find someone else, before my buyers inspection period is over tomorrow.

Ham's did the initial termite inspection on a home I purchased after their inspection. Their report showed no current termite infestation. Soon after purchasing the home Ham's did a preventative treatment for subterranean termites for which they are still under contract. We had been noticing evidence of termites which we mentioned to the technician. He said it was old damage and again, that there was no evidence of a current infestation. Soon after this we started noticing wood inside the house being eaten away and termites literally falling out of the wood work. We called Ham's to come look at it, they made an appointment with us and never showed up and didn't call. This happened a total of 3 times. They would make an appointment, not show up, and not even bother to call us. We had another pest control company come out, Rocky's pest control, and sure enough, the house is infested with dry wood termites and we now have to have the house fumigated. Don't waste your time and money on Ham's pest control, they're unprofessional and they don't know what they're doing.
