Ensec Pest and Lawn provides excellent service. They resodded our yard with Zoysia last fall and it is starting to look great this spring. I appreciate our technician, Kendall, very much. He provides a very good overview of the health of our yard every visit. Most important he helps me to understand how I can better help him make our yard beautiful. He has provided a great deal of education and I am truly appreciative.

Robert is always friendly, respectful, and polite. Informs me of anything out of the ordinary or if all is ok with inspections.

Kevin is always friendly and mindful of our property. Every year he remembers the areas not to treat as we usually grow vegetables there. I know Kevin will have to retire some day, but until then I hope he will always be our technician. Thanks Kevin!

Appreciate that Kendall introduced himself was respectful and courteous, explained what he was going to do, brief explanation of certain weeds and when should and shouldn't water the lawn after treatment. Kendall was thorough and covered the complete lawn a big change from other companies I have used.

Kalani was excellent. He walked the property with me and identified each tree and plant, explaining their specific care requirements, growth habits, and overall health. His knowledge of plant species and proper maintenance was very impressive. You can tell he genuinely enjoys his work and takes pride in educating homeowners on how to properly care for their landscape. I really appreciated the time he spent answering questions and providing professional insight.

Carter was the most pleasant and polite young man! He even offered to help me carry my groceries inside :)

So... this is my yard after they were supposed to be taking care of it and now I have moles and not one time have they brought that to my attention. They just pull up, spray and leave. They're here for maybe 10 minutes top, if that. If you are supposed to be concerned about my yard, why is it looking like this with no contact with me to advise of any suggestions This is precisely my point. If you offer mole removal services and see the condition of my yard after supposedly taking care of it, why would I not be advised.

After ONLY 4 months of service, have more weeds than grass. Grass has been totally killed off in my back yard, front yard has lost 60-70% of grass. When I spoke with a lady on the phone, she didn't care AT ALL. Just demanded payment of $61 and hung up. Now after 10 days they sent my "outstanding balance" to collection. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

To bad I couldn't give them a zero. They ruined our lawn then wanted to charge us $4000 to plug it. I wouldn't trust them with anyone's lawn. We also had more sod placed out front which they killed.

We have used ensued for the last 7 months my yard looks like crap. They sprayed my lawn 2 weeks ago and said they would follow up in two weeks, its been 2 weeks, I called them today and they said why do we need to follow up we just sprayed two weeks ago. I told them that they said they would do a second treatment in two weeks to help get these weeds under control. They said they would look into it. These pictures are just a small amount of my problems I'm having with weeds, I let the lawn grow little longer so they could spray.

My wife and I used EnSec’s services, and I would never recommend them to anyone. We hired them right after we laid new sod on our front yard. We were looking for someone to take care of it since we did not have the time or expertise to do so. At first everything was going smoothly, the testing of the soil, the knowledge they were sharing about what was being done along the way and more, however at some point something went wrong. To their manager admission, one of their employees used too much of some product, which almost completely killed our grass. He offered a plan to bring the grass back to life by April -it was September or October when this conversation happened. In all of these, the only compensation they offered for the admitted mistake was waving one month of service… Reluctantly we still agreed to give them a second shot. Fast forward to today our front yard is in worse condition than ever, and we found ourselves forced to order new sod -about $1,500 since it’s not a big yard to begin with, that hopefully will be laid out soon. At first I didn’t want to leave a review, because I felt like I wasted enough time and money with this company, but they kept calling to schedule their manager to come and check the situation. The straw that broke the camel’s back was today, when I returned one of their calls and I was “greeted” by one of their rep that did not care about the issue we are dealing it - issue we have with the company he represents, and all he wanted was to know if their manager was allowed to come out. To that gentleman, this is what our yard looks like thanks to your manager plan, and maybe you need some training on actual customer service. Best of luck to you if you decide to trust them with your yard.

They say they are providing turf maintenance and weed killing, they just can’t kill a weed!

In just 7 months they just about destroyed our lawn with there so called weed and feed program where they come out every six weeks. Stay away from this place. Our lawn looks better now they are not touching it. Glad we fired them when we did we would have no lawn left. Our entire neighborhood is mad at these people. Good luck do your lawn yourself.

Imagine being a customer for 23 years with a business and being told that because you were one day late calling to set up your termite inspection for your 2023 termite warranty that your service had been canceled. To retain service I would have to be requoted as a new customer presumably at a much higher cost. This is what I was told when I called and spoke with Terry on March 1, 2023. I've been a loyal customer and always paid on time so I was blown away by what I was being told. I wasn't even aware of there being an expiration date nor had I received anything from Ensec that indicated if I didn't have the appointment set up by February 28, 2023, that my service would be canceled. One day and the company I've been with for 23 years is going to cancel my service? I asked Terry if there was anything they could do for me. She indicated that she did not have the authority to make that decision but that she would pass it on to a supervisor. I received a call back later that day from Terry stating the service had been canceled and that if I wanted to continue service with them I would have to be requoted. Is this how Ensec treats a good customer? Apparently loyalty means nothing to Ensec. I requested again was there someone else that I could speak to. Terry told me she would pass my request on and then I waited for a return phone call. And I'm still waiting to hear from someone. So I got my answer. I could not nor would not ever recommend Ensec. The courtesy of a return phone call would have been appreciated and my loyalty to them was ignored. This is very poor customer service.

The lawn services provided were good, but they had a way of mailing out the bill late so you were always charged a $5 late fee, even when you paid your bill on time they would "Auto Generate" a late fee. Just felt like the late fee was going to be charged regardless.

I bought a house in November and the termite bond is with this company. I called them to see what I need to do. They said it was good until June. Then I got a call back 20 minutes later to say that they would not renew my bond after it expired. When asked why not the man said “it’s their right” and “sometimes they just do”. Thanks Ensec. Very professional 👎
