They take the time to make sure everything is treated properly and are always friendly and respectful when they come to our home. Since using them, we’ve noticed a huge difference and have had very few pest issues. It’s hard to find a company that provides great service and truly cares about their customers, but they definitely do. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable pest control!

We have been using Dylan for the past few years and have nothing but good things to say about Sonshine Pest Solutions! We are in the Callahan area and surrounded by woods. With that comes a lot of issues with several different critters! Our front porch was a spider haven until we started using Sonshine. He’s also helped us out with ants, silverfish and cockroaches. We have had a great experience with Sonshine Pest Solutions. What really stands out is the quality of service paired with very fair pricing. It’s not easy to find a company that delivers both, but they absolutely do. I felt confident I was getting real value without being overcharged. Highly recommend Sonshine Pest Solutions to anyone looking for reliable, effective pest control at a reasonable price!

Sadly, we were taken advantage of financially, which included dishonesty. Over $200.00 just to come for an initial inspection. After the signed agreement, no natural prevention was used inside the home. $600.00 for one hour of work. Tech attempted another overpriced verbal quote of $1950.00 for a small removal job that other companies quoted less, i.e. $650-750.00. Rented the garbage trailer as well. Never received a receipt for any payment. Never received a quote via email as requested for the project. Tech attempted to charge another $200.00 to apply a so-called natural rodent odor enzyme. Discovered a fogger can, which confirms that he never used natural enzymes and blatantly sneaked in very toxic, health-detrimental foggers; the actual cost was $40.00 for 3 cans. Again, no enzymes were used; he lied despite multiple confirmed conversations. The tech did not follow our holistic property and home policies and ignored the agreed-upon, natural, and environmentally safe use of human and animal products, hence contaminating our home and jeopardizing our health and nullifying our holistic status. For over 15 years, we have spent 3.2 million to create and maintain the leading, licensed, educational, chemical-free, holistic property status. This was destroyed in 5 minutes due to this tech's actions, including leading us to believe he would follow our interior and exterior posted and marketed, LLC environmental protocol. No words can properly express the greed and disrespect this company chose to silently pull the wool over our eyes.

Quick response time, ALWAYS so professional and helpful. I will not trust anyone else with my home. I had a bee hive in my wall and he dropped everything and came out to help us and went above and beyond.

I can’t say enough good things about Sonshine Pest Solutions! From start to finish, their service was top-notch. We had a persistent flea problem in our kitchen and were worried about safety with kids and pets at home. The team at Sonshine was professional, prompt, and incredibly knowledgeable.
