We received prompt and very thorough service! And, even more importantly, follow-up help. We are experiencing a major gnat infestation and it has been a real pain finidng the source in order to eliminate the issue. Kristin has been amazing at staying in touch and coming out to help with determining and eliminating the source. I don't know how we would have ever managed to resolve this without her assistance!
