Turner Pest Control

We have been with this company for several years now, going back to when they were Cat's Eye. We loved the customer service and great technician. Unfortunately they've recently been bought out and become "Turner Pest Control". Since that time they almost seem to be trying to drive customers away One of the first things they've done is seemingly downsize the staff, I would spend over 30 minutes on hold trying to speak to a rep where in the past the phone would just be answered by the 2nd ring.

I give them the lowest possible rating because of the extremely unprofessional and rude scheduling manager that I dealt with. I signed up for the platinum service contract which cost 425$ for the initial treatment then 75 dollars a month after that. The service tech didn't even finish treating my home asked if he could finish it on the second visit which was to be completed within 10 days. after 14 days passed i called to schedule the follow up they didn't have anything avail until over 20 days

They were great years ago. Now I tried to use them again. Set an appointment and no one showed up. The story I was given was the inspector tried to call but no one answered. No one called. No missed calls. No voicemail. Plus, we had an appointment. I think they were great back when they were catseye. Now that they are turner I think they leave a lot to be desired. I gave them to stars because the phone people were very nice.
