Larry helped us out when we were very stressed about the rats getting into our lanai and possibly our attic, he kept us calm and gave very sound professional advice! Between him setting up traps he and Jude (yet another kind and helpful professional) checking on them they have completely fixed our problem! We are super thankful and will be recommending them

Jude carried out the scheduled pest prevention/inspection in his usual super-efficient manner. He also cleared out our lanai squatting spiders and recommended opting for a special treatment for the lanai which I will discuss with his office colleagues. Excellent service from an excellent team member. We’re extremely happy that we switched to Northwest.

Jude came by this time and did a thorough exterior spray as usual. Afterwards, he introduced us to an indoor pet friendly ant prevention treatment we hadn’t previously considered due to small dogs. Provided clear use instructions and pet friendly assurances. Five stars.

Jude and the entire team at Northwest exterminating, have always been thorough, courteous punctual. And we haven’t had any issues since utilizing their services. Jude came out this week he was punctual. Let us know he was on his way. When he arrived, he introduced himself to us told us he was gonna be walking around the parameter of our house and checking on things afterwards he let us know we were in good shape and thank us for our business. What a kind, courteous, polite, young man.

I've had roaches in my house since hurricane Ian and they will only come out if you call to spray the inside if requested....they should probably do a check up call if there were previous problems, which they did not. This is a brand new home not to mention the spider webs outside on the pool lanai they didn't get when they stop out every....? I actually have no clue the last time they were here but the large roaches on my daughters ceiling at night are enough to use another pest control service.
