Josh was wonderful came to my house explained everything thoroughly took the time not only to do inside my yard but outside the exterior so that I did not have any flow over from another property got rid of the ants that we had about a week and a half later we had a couple little stragglers and they came back out to turn around and spray again they want to make sure that you’re very happy Cindy in the office was a doll And I can’t believe that I Wound up with such a wonderful company to service us four times a year to get rid of the bugs and parasites on our yard around our house and to turn around and protect our pets. Thank you so very much.

A week ago we experienced a hatch of Sub Terainian termites. Not knowing what they were I contacted Haynes Pest Control in Avon Park, a family owned Pest control service. An appointment was scheduled for inspection . Ryan showed up on time and identified the pesky bugs as Termites. He inspected the crawlspace of our home and showed us photos of where they had come from. A couple of days later her was back and eradicated the termites. My experience with Haynes was definitely 👌 💯 a five star experience. The lady on the phone was very professional and knowledgeable as well as courteous. Ryan did an exceptional job and was fun to communicate with. If I am unlucky enough to ever have the problem again I certainly know who I will be calling. Thank you Haynes Pest Control, Avon Park.

John came out to spray our yard for fire ants. He did an excellent job spraying and there are no more ants. He was polite, professional and helpful. He answered several questions that I had. Will use again if we need pest control in the future.

I will start by saying, I am very disappointed and annoyed, I hired the company charged me an arm and a leg , they came out twice and there was no results. I would highly encourage you to do your research before wasting your money.

Doing good on bugs. Not sure of termite treatment.

No call, no show for a 3 pm appointment for a termite inspection on a property I am considering buying. There I sit awkwardly waiting along with the homeowner. Returned my call after I left a message at 3:45. Tech advised he had 12 appointments today. I could have remained at work had he had the courtesy to make a call and let me know he was running late. Subsequently canceled my appointment and will find a professional to do business with.

They were very helpful... we will see how good they are. Edit not such a good company to work with. I will be looking for another company to work with. They are unreliable.

Company failed to identify termites during inspection and then didn't honor their own contract. Also lied to Department of Ag to avoid rectifying situation.

When i called and left a message someone called me right back which is nice but when it came to them coming out and spraying i had to make calls to them to come back. if you say you need to come back after two weeks then you should come back i shouldn't have to track you down and find when your coming. First time they came i didn't see a difference the owner then came back and did his thing and had a good change and stated he needed to come back in two weeks again due to how the pest control works he never showed and i called and left a message and never heard back again very sad with this customer service. i am looking for another company.
