I'm amazed that there is a company that doesn't overcharge for their service and I saw the results almost immediately! Steve the technician was very thorough and explained what and why as he went about my home and yard. I had been seeing tiny ants inside and wasps trying to get in everytime I opened up my front door as well as tons of ant hills in my yard, all gone and haven't seen any sign of them after just the one treatment! There is no odor of chemicals and this one treatment guarantees no pests for a YEAR! I'm new to Florida and don't know too many folks just yet but if you want to mention my review and tell them I'm the reason your calling then I thank you! The owner was great when he came out for the evaluation, and the technician that came out on 4/24/26 was awesome!! Both were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

The handyman recommend this company because when I bought the park model in Rainbow I was infested with ghost ants. They were handled and I didn't have anymore problems until this spring. I called about 430pm last Thursday. They said they had a man working in my park and he would be here before 530pm. He was here at 515pm. He gave me instructions for how not to mess up what he had done. In a nice way. He said if I had any other issues call and they would come back out. I couldn't believe how quickly it was handled. I will need them to come back out for the outside tons of spiders and little bugs I don't recognize. I would recommend this company to anyone.

We are at the Florida SKP resort in Wauchula and the Bug Dr services our lot for the year. We had a little outbreak of ants and they responded in an extremely timely manner and came back, immediately assed the situation and took care of it. I highly recommend them.

We had our annual treatment today. We were very pleased with the service we received from Steven Schock. He first asked if we were having any problems seeing any bugs in or outside the home. He took his time applying treatment inside the home as well as spraying outside the home. We were very pleased with his attention to detail.

The Bug Doctor has excellent customer service. I give 5 stars from scheduling appointments, timeliness, polite technicians and reasonably priced. Our technician, Terry, was very polite, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home, inside and out. I have no hesitation recommending The Bug Doctor to all our friends and neighbors.

I thoroughly recommend this service. I only need them out once a year, but they will come out any time if there is a problem. They even spray again after my home is powerwashed. Very effective treatment and technician is very knowledgeable.
