I recently had the pleasure of working with Joel and Phillip from Truly Nolen to address an issue with field mice in our attic. From the beginning, Peter provided a thorough explanation and assessment, setting the stage for a professional and efficient service. Upon signing up for the exterminating plan for rodents, Joel and Phillip were tasked with checking the traps. They were not only friendly and hardworking but also demonstrated a deep knowledge of their work. Their approachability and expertise made the entire process less stressful than I had anticipated. They truly were the nicest guys! Thanks to their diligent efforts, we managed to catch one momma mouse and three babies. Based on my positive experience, I highly recommend Truly Nolen for anyone in need of pest control services. Their team’s professionalism and kindness are unparalleled.
