This guy who came to my house, is an opportunist, he claim he seen a couple of wings , when I asked where never got an answer, he claimed , there no access under my house, there's three all he needed to do was ask, he still insists on a couple of wings on the floor some where in the house but , still would not show them to me , quote and unquote, he told me his report will remark that he seen a couple of wings, that not saying that there is termites , but there is a chance, When he wrote his report, man you think my house is so affected with termites , you can see them everywhere , and that's not true , I just had a four point inspection on February 19 2022, the guy only thing he said to my is , if I get more installation I can save a whole lot of money on electricity but he gave my roof of 10 plus year, I don't recommend Cox
