The rat problem in our barn was getting worse. I called DW Pest and they sent Blair out to access. He found the nest and killed 3 of the 4 rats (1 got away) and rebaited the box. Thanks for coming so quickly and getting the job done!

Had this company for 4 years and was always an issue when they asked for a key to get inside. I ALWAYS accommodated them and would leave work for them to come inside and do the service. I was going to be on vacation and asked to reschedule for another time and she said said they could not do that. She said if I could not do it when they were coming, I could find another company. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Excellent personalized service from a family owned, local business! Can't say enough good things. They communicate ( very important), have reasonable fees, and most of all they get rid of the bugs!!

I was going to list all the trouble I had with this company, and Clint, but as I started writing, I became embarrassed. I can't believe I put up with so much. I will never use them again for my personal or rentals.

Great service and wonderful people to work with!

I was blown away by how I heard and seen Clint react while at my sister's house. First he seemed very angry because he was slamming doors and upon being asked to please spray the back patio well because they had noticed more bugs due to it being spring and the weather getting warmer he became very rude to her saying he already sprayed it, but all around base of the house was dry. So, how did you spray it but it still remained dry? Then he started to get loud with her. I mean you are being paid to provide a service so provide that service, if a customer asks that you please just make sure her family, pets, and home are guarded from pests then you should do so. That is your profession, right? Or did you get into the business to do something half way but charge full price and take advantage of people and slam their doors that you don't pay for around!! I personally will never use this company and I urge others to find a different company as well.

We've been using DW Pest Control for over 4 years now. It's a family owned company, which we love, and John has been absolutely amazing. We have small children and he has always been really informative and careful with the products he uses in our home. I'm often home with the kids when John comes to service our home. He always remembers the kids and asks how they are doing, and remembers things we've told him from years before. It's like having a family friend come into your home to service it. When we have any issues between services, he is quick to respond and come out to handle them. I can't say enough how happy we have been with DW Pest Control!
