Have had service from Alachua Pest for 5 years now and zero complaints. Majority of service has been completed by Bill and he’s been great. Always giving me notice the day prior and while on the way day of service. Plus, he’s always answered any questions I have had in a timely manner and nice to talk to in person.

Super flexible and considerate of my dads situation. They even came back later when he couldn't answer the door. Also showed me the process so I could feel confident in the chemicals being sprayed into the house. Thanks Tyler!

We recently went through a very difficult time with a bug infestation. I called Earl he is the best!!! He showed up almost immediately and started on the task of treating and eliminating our nasty critters. He and his guys were amazing, very thorough and willing to listen to my fears and concerns regarding this situation. Earl told me to reach out anytime and he will be over ASAP:) It’s so good to know I have a team of experts on my side if anything else occurs. I will be asking for preventative services being this is is buggyville Florida ! If you ever need Pest control don’t hesitate ,these guys will take care of all your needs with great rates and quick friendly service 👍10 stars!!! Thanks from the bottom of my heart!

If I could give minus star I would.1 of the owners or owner's son in Key West was extremely rude & confrontational to me as he entered Santa Clara condo behind me, yelling.
